Wishful Weds... diet!

I wish' .... I had the willpower to stay on one particular diet, and it would be ______!

The eating CLEAN diet!

This is more than a diet, it's really a lifestyle change. It's changing from processed foods and sugars to healthier choices. It's all about choosing fresh whole foods with the nutrients still in tact. I'm moving in this direction slowly.

I will not switch 100% but my goal is to be around 80-90% clean with our foods.

  3. I'm really interested in this- I glanced at the website and was intrigued, and even saw some tasty looking recipes. What do you think is the best part about it? And the hardest part? Thanks for sharing this!

  4. Best part - Feeling better! Losing weight w/o "dieting".

Hardest part - No sugars or fried foods! (Because, lets face it, they are delicious) :)

  6. Interesing... I don't know if I could do that but I'm sure your body would get used to not having the sugary foods after a while.

  8. Transitioning slowly is totally the way to go! Each time I go to the grocery store I substitute a little more fresh foods for processed foods than I did the time before.

When I married my hubs and moved in, ALL his food was prepackaged! It's been a process, but I took it slow, and I don't think he even notices or cares that his Oreos and Mac&Cheese is gone!

  10. I read that book and I have the recipe books! The recipes are fantastic!! I think eating clean is the biggest way to be healthy and when you do, the weight just falls off and goes to where it should be.
